This opportunity is for the complete replacement of a bridge structure and related incidentals on County Highway 31 across the Sheyenne River in Cass County, ND. The scope includes demolition of the existing bridge, substructure and deck concrete work, extensive reinforcing and structural steel installation, steel piling, roadway paving, erosion control, utility relocation, and wetland mitigation. Three qualified contractors submitted sealed bids ranging from roughly $6.5 M to $8.2 M.
