RFP - Generator Maintenance

This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive generator maintenance services for the City of Grand Island. The awardee will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, and supplies necessary to keep the city’s generators operational, including electrical components and routine repairs. The scope includes preventive maintenance, emergency repair, parts replacement, and testing to ensure reliable power supply for municipal facilities. • Provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supplies for generator upkeep. • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical components. • Supply required parts, conduct testing, and maintain documentation per municipal standards. • Bids must be submitted online via QuestCDN v‑Bid; bid documents available for a $15 fee. • Contractor must comply with City of Grand Island’s specifications and report work completion.
