The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Milk and Dairy Products. The contract will include various types of milk and dairy products, such as fluid milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream. The bidder must provide pricing, product information, and other relevant details. The State of Oklahoma reserves the right to determine a bidder's financial status and to withhold award to a bidder who is not deemed financially responsible. • The contract will be for a fixed term, including optional renewal terms. • The bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract. • The bidder guarantees unit prices to be correct. • Travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, must be included in the total bid price. • The bidder must provide up to three years of audited financial statements and tax returns if requested. • The bidder must provide business references from clients for whom they have provided similar services. • The bidder must submit a bid solely via the Oklahoma Supplier Portal. • The entire bid must be submitted by the bid response due date and time.
