The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified, service‑disabled veteran‑owned small business to execute the “Correct Storm Water Drainage” project at the Salem VA Medical Center. The contract involves complete site preparation, demolition of existing storm‑water infrastructure, utility trenching, installation of new gravity‑flow storm‑drainage piping (PVC, PE, concrete), re‑grading, asphalt paving, pavement markings, planting, and associated civil works. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, security plans, environmental controls, and comply with VA security, safety, and NPDES permit requirements.
