Installation & Furnishing of Prefabricated Telecommunications Structure, Related Site Improvements

The City of Springfield is seeking bids for the installation and furnishing of a prefabricated telecommunications structure and related site improvements. The project includes the construction of a telecommunications enclosure and related site work. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount. The successful contractor will be required to furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. The project is subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate Law. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically as a PDF. • The contractor must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) as a commercial general contractor level 1. • The project is subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate Law. • The applicable Oregon wage rates for this project are the January 6, 2026 Prevailing Wage Rates for Lane County, as modified by the February 18, 2026 Amendment.
