This Navy solicitation (N0010426QND63) seeks a 1½‑inch ball valve assembly and associated hardware for a critical shipboard system. The valve must conform to a long list of Naval drawings and specifications (e.g., drawing 845‑4558773, 2640‑801X1E1) and be manufactured from approved materials such as ASTM‑B369, MIL‑C‑15726, SAE‑AMS‑6931, etc. The contract requires extensive material certification, testing (liquid penetrant, weldability, pressure, ultrasonic, non‑destructive), and strict traceability, including CID marking and compliance with special emphasis (Level I) quality requirements.
