The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB is soliciting quotes for the leasing of washers and dryers for the on-base airmen dorms. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to furnish, install, and maintain the contractor-owned washers and dryers. The work to be performed consists of installing contractor-furnished washers and dryers and providing continuous machine maintenance at maximum efficiency. • The ordering period is five years, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031. • The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. • Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendor's assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. • Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
