The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a small‑business contractor to supply mail‑in semen analysis kits and post‑vasectomy test kits for Veterans Integrated Service Network 22. The contractor must provide fully packaged, CLIA‑certified kits, perform laboratory analysis, and deliver results via a secure web portal, with optional fax capability. The BPA will be a firm‑fixed‑price agreement with a base year and up to four one‑year options, covering an estimated 1,740 kits per year (1,104 full semen analysis and 636 post‑vasectomy kits) distributed across multiple VA sites in California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
