DIESEL AND UNLEADED FUEL

The Pease Development Authority is seeking qualified vendors to provide diesel and unleaded gasoline on a 13‑month contract for its International Tradeport facilities. The contract is price‑based, requiring a fixed per‑gallon markup over wholesale rates, and includes rapid (≤ 24 hr) delivery to thirteen above‑ground tank sites, as well as on‑call fueling for generator units. Vendors must also supply tank‑level sensors at no cost, meet stringent TSA/FAA airport security requirements (including SIDA badges and vehicle markings), and maintain the insurance coverages listed in Exhibit C. • Supply diesel (dyed) and unleaded gasoline with all taxes, surcharges, and FOB delivery costs included. • Deliver fuel within 24 hours of request to 13 designated tank locations and provide on‑call service for generator units. • Provide free tank‑level sensors, adhere to airport security (SIDA badges, AC 150/5210‑5 vehicle markings), and submit required insurance certificates.
