The Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc. for the purchase of a micro-TSG, a submersible ultraviolet nitrate, and an ACS spectrophotometer. These instruments will be used onboard the research vessel Lake Guardian to allow continuous sampling of the surface waters of the Great Lakes.
