HYDROMAX ULTRA PURE WATER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to HYDROMAX INC for the maintenance and services of an ultra pure water filtering system. The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within fifteen (15) calendar days of the publication of this notice. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 811210 with a size standard of $34,000,000. • The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is J066. • The purchase order is for annual maintenance and services. • The Government may determine not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice.
