RFQ FOR SUPPLY OF ORIGINAL HP TONER Cartridges

The U.S. Embassy in Pretoria is seeking to procure original HP toner cartridges from qualified service providers. The embassy requires a total of 15 different types of HP toner cartridges, with quantities ranging from 3 to 15 units per type. Interested bidders must submit their quotes electronically and in English, and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award. The embassy issues only fixed-priced contracts, and payment will be made via EFT into the company's bank account 30 days after the work has been completed and a proper invoice has been received.
