The City of Spokane is seeking a supplier to provide a range of curb boxes, valve boxes (standard and domestic variants), and related accessories under a value‑blanket arrangement. The contract will be a “firm‑price” blanket order; the City will issue individual orders as needed throughout the contract period, paying only for items actually ordered, received, and accepted.
