Compressed Lab Gas

The State of Arkansas, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for Compressed Laboratory Gas – Cylinders and Micro-Bulk. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. The successful bidder will be required to provide compressed laboratory gases, including nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, and argon, in various purities and quantities. The bidder must also provide rental/demurrage charges per cylinder and per micro-bulk tank. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest-bidding, responsible contractor by group (cylinder gases and/or micro-bulk gases). • The successful contractor must provide a "total satisfaction" return policy for all products. • The contractor must deliver products within 48 hours of written request from the department. • The contractor must provide emergency contact information and respond to emergency situations within two hours. • The contractor must provide certificates of analysis for each lot delivered to the ADH Public Health Laboratory.
