Description
The State of Alaska, Department of Fish and Game, is seeking bids from qualified vendors who can provide all brands of ATV, Side-by-sides, snow machines, parts, equipment, and accessories for all ADF&G divisions statewide on an as-needed basis. The goal is to procure high-quality, reliable, durable equipment and related components to meet operational needs. The contract will be a multi-award, multi-term agreement with as many vendors as possible located throughout the state.
• The contract will include hourly maintenance rates or installation rates.
• The contract will have a minimum warranty period offered by the manufacturer from the date of delivery and installation.
• The contract will have a delivery order process where items will be purchased from the agreement based on the need to procure from the agreement.
• The contract will have a payment provision where the state will pay the contractor a sum not to exceed a specified amount in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
