PRE-QUAL AUTO BODY REPAIRS & PAINTING SERVICES, TC

Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide auto body repairs and painting services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a term, and the county reserves the right to acquire some or all of these goods and services through a State of Florida contract. Vendors must submit their qualifications, including certifications, licenses, and permits, and must comply with the county's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and other requirements. The county also has a Local Preference Ordinance, which gives preference to vendors with a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades. • The vendor must provide a "turnkey" service as stated in the specification/scope of work. • The vendor must maintain a current Business Tax Receipt for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service at no additional cost to Palm Beach County. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The vendor must provide equal opportunity for subcontractors, subconsultants, vendors, and suppliers to participate in all of its public sector and private sector subcontracting and supply opportunities.
