Tethered Hot Air Balloon Rental - Philly Fair 250

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide tethered hot air balloon ride operations for the Philly Fair 250 event. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The vendor must provide a tethered hot air balloon system with a capacity of up to 12 passengers per ride cycle, and must deliver, set up, operate, and break down the system. The event will take place on June 21, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. • The contract will result in a "Firm Limit" contract for a one-time purchase. • The vendor must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. • The City reserves the right to award the contract as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
