Body Repair and Paint for City Vehicles (PWE 9005)

The City of Boise is seeking proposals for body repair and paint services for its fleet of over 800 vehicles. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with up to nine additional one-year renewal options. The city is looking for vendors that can provide a range of services, including body work, painting, and mechanical repairs. The successful bidder will be required to handle the estimated fleet of 800+ vehicles and provide services on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. Some key requirements include: • Ability to provide post-repair vehicle cleaning, including interior and exterior • Warranty for parts, repairs, paint, mechanical, and labor • Ability to pick up and deliver vehicles within Boise City limits • Clearly marking City-identified vehicles with ‘Out of Service’ signage at all times The proposal should include information on the vendor's experience, qualifications, and approach to delivering the services.
