Budget estimate

$100,000 – $150,000

To estimate the budget for this opportunity, we need to consider the number of rooms required and the duration of the stay. The contractor is required to provide 128 rooms for two periods: 31 May 2026 through 4 June 2026 (5 nights) and 7 June 2026 through 11 June 2026 (5 nights). Assuming an average room rate of $100 per night, the total budget for the first period would be approximately $64,000 (128 rooms * 5 nights * $100 per night). For the second period, the total budget would be approximately $64,000 (128 rooms * 5 nights * $100 per night). Therefore, the total budget for the entire contract would be approximately $128,000. However, the actual budget may vary depending on the room rates and other factors. The government travel per diem rates, which are found at https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates, may also influence the pricing.
