FY26 3Q_CSCO Forecast to Industry – Future Requirements for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

The United States Space Force (USSF) Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) Office is providing a forecast to industry for potential Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs). The forecast includes information on various contracts, such as COMSATCOM Transponded Capacity (CTC), COMSATCOM Subscription Services (CSS), Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3), and COMSATCOM Satellite Business Solutions (SBS). The contracts have different terms, including 1-year base with four 1-year options, and 5-Year base with five 1-year options. The estimated lifecycle values of the contracts range from $5M to $905M. • COMSATCOM Transponded Capacity (CTC) includes requirements for satellite bandwidth and power. • COMSATCOM Subscription Services (CSS) uses contractor-determined waveforms that are billed on a per-use basis. • Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3) allows the DoD to build large, complex, and custom satellite solutions. • COMSATCOM Satellite Business Solutions (SBS) is another-than FCSA solution for either FSS or MSS.
