TDEM Grant Management System

The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) seeks a qualified vendor to provide, implement, configure, integrate, and support a modern, cloud‑based Grants Management System (GMS). The solution must handle the full lifecycle of federal, state, disaster, and non‑disaster grant programs, provide robust reporting, ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards, and integrate with existing TDEM, FEMA, and Texas A&M System systems.
