Part-Time Cybersecurity Analyst

The City of Cincinnati’s Police Department is seeking a part‑time cybersecurity analyst to provide threat analysis, intelligence reporting, policy development, and incident support for the Greater Cincinnati Fusion Center. The contractor will work on a 1‑year base contract (with one optional renewal) and must submit a cost proposal and meet a range of qualification, insurance, and diversity requirements. • Perform intrusion analysis, threat intel, and risk assessments for critical infrastructure. • Develop and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and briefing materials. • Serve as a technical liaison among local, state, federal, and private partners, and support incident response activities. • Submit detailed monthly invoices and maintain confidentiality of sensitive law‑enforcement data. • Meet mandatory vendor registration, insurance, living‑wage, and small‑business participation criteria.
