The State of California, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, deliver, and install three (3) free‑standing, single‑occupancy privacy booths (non‑ADA) at the California State Prison in Sacramento. The contract is “All‑or‑None,” awarded to the lowest‑responsible bidder, and requires a 10‑year warranty on the steel structure and a 1‑year warranty on all other components. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference, submit detailed submittal packages, provide 3‑D visualizations, and comply with extensive socio‑economic, environmental, and security requirements. • Provide complete booth systems—including walls, roof, ceiling, flooring, doors, lighting, exhaust fans, electrical wiring, and telecommunications mounts—per Specification 12‑64‑13. • Perform full on‑site installation, coordinate gate‑clearance, and deliver within a tight delivery window (3 business days of written request). • Submit required documentation (Bidder Declaration, Payee Data Record, Darfur Form, recycled‑content certification, GenAI disclosure, warranties, O&M manuals, etc.) and meet a 45‑day bid validity period.
