Intermountain Stewardship BPA

The USDA Forest Service is soliciting proposals for the Intermountain Stewardship BPA, which will cover Federal and Non-Federal lands within 150 miles of and including the administrative boundaries of multiple National Forests in Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Western Wyoming. The BPA will issue future call orders for individual Hazardous Fuels and Restoration project areas. The scope of work includes cutting and removal of sawtimber, non-sawtimber, and/or biomass; mastication, hand cutting and piling; and road maintenance. The period of performance of the awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements is 10 years from the date of contract with an option to extend up to 20 years. • The BPA will allow for future call orders that include Integrated Resource Service Contracts with required timber product removal, IRSCs with optional Timber Subject to Agreement, and Restoration-based service contracts with no timber product removal. • The Contractor will be required to provide certification under this solicitation in compliance with the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers Protection Act and Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration requirements. • The Contractor will be required to submit an original invoice and three copies to the address designated in the contract to receive invoices. • The Government reserves the right to terminate this contract, or any part hereof, for its sole convenience.
