RFB - ONE (1) POTABLE WATER TANKER TRUCK

The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for one (1) potable water tanker truck. The truck must meet specific specifications, including a 2,000-gallon water tank, a new 2027 Peterbilt 537 truck, and various features such as a PTO-driven water pump and a sanitary pump. The successful bidder will be required to provide the truck and ensure delivery within an agreed-upon schedule. The bid must include all components and equipment as specified, and the contractor must maintain ongoing communication with the Cherokee Nation throughout the project. • The truck must meet potable water standards in accordance with FDA, EPA, and ODEQ guidelines. • The tanker shall be constructed to meet potable water standards and shall not be classified as a potable water vehicle. • The contractor shall provide all components and equipment as specified and ensure delivery within an agreed-upon and timely schedule. • The contractor is also required to maintain ongoing communication with the Cherokee Nation regarding production status, delivery timelines, and any updates throughout the duration of the project.
