Vessel Transportation Services - Kure Atoll

The Department of Land and Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to provide vessel transportation services for the Kure Atoll Wildlife Sanctuary field camp. The services include transporting biological field staff, delivering field supplies, removing domestic waste, and other related tasks. The vendor must provide a vessel that meets certain requirements, including bunk and dining space for up to 9 persons, 7M Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boats or 9M LCM with GPS units, a 10,000lb lift capable crane, and a 20’ open top container for cargo. The vendor must also maintain a pest-free vessel and follow all PMNM Best Management Practices. • The vendor will provide transportation services for the Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife’s Kure Atoll Wildlife Sanctuary field camp. • The vendor will transport biological field staff, deliver field supplies, and remove domestic waste. • The vendor will provide a vessel that meets certain requirements, including bunk and dining space for up to 9 persons and a 10,000lb lift capable crane. • The vendor must maintain a pest-free vessel and follow all PMNM Best Management Practices. • The vendor will be required to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and other documents for travel in the PMNM.
