GRAD701 Family Engagement

The State of North Dakota’s Department of Public Instruction seeks a vendor to develop three family‑resource guides and two family‑training programs supporting the GRAD701 grant’s family‑engagement pillar. The contractor will create evidence‑based, IDEA‑aligned content, design ADA‑ and WCAG‑compliant materials, and deliver virtual or in‑person training to at least 50 families per session. The work includes project management planning, quarterly progress meetings, and full ownership transfer of all deliverables to the State. • Produce three printable/web‑ready family resource guides (editable files, PDFs, source files). • Deliver two 60‑90‑minute training courses (materials, recordings, attendance documentation). • Ensure all outputs meet ADA, WCAG 2.1 AA, and State branding standards; provide a project management plan within 30 days of contract start.
