The State of North Dakota’s Bank of North Dakota is seeking a strategic Microsoft Dynamics partner to provide long‑term advisory, implementation, integration, and managed‑service support for its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (GCC) environment, Power Platform, and associated Microsoft 365 tools. The partnership will encompass roadmap development, governance, AI/Copilot advisory, training, and ongoing support, with a base contract term of two years and up to three one‑year renewal options (maximum five years). • Provide consulting, customization, and integration services for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and related systems. • Deliver strategic advisory, roadmap, governance, and AI/Copilot guidance, plus training and user‑adoption support. • Maintain business‑hour support, ticket‑response, and managed‑service delivery via a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach; no on‑site work required, off‑shore resources prohibited. • Comply with ND IT standards, NIST‑based risk‑management framework, and data‑security requirements (U.S.‑only hosting, MFA, RBAC, etc.). • Submit a rate‑card cost proposal (sample 100‑hour project) and a technical proposal scored on strategy (50 pts) and experience (40 pts).
