Gases Medical Examiner

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner is seeking bids for gases. The successful bidder will be required to provide new, unused items, and delivery shall be made within 10 calendar days after receipt of the purchase order release. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two possible one-year extensions. The bid will be awarded to the lowest qualified, responsive, and responsible bidder. The bidder must be licensed and authorized to sell and distribute the bid product, and the items must be available with manufacturer warranty and license agreements for Milwaukee County. • The bid must include delivery costs to the specified delivery point, with all transportation charges prepaid and borne by the bidder. • The bid must be submitted without Federal Excise Tax and Wisconsin State Sales Tax. • The bidder must agree to enter into a contract with Milwaukee County and furnish a performance bond if required. • The bidder must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The bidder must meet the minimum requirements specified in the bid document.
