The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking qualified firms to provide equipment maintenance and repair services for endoscopes. The selected firms will enter into a Master Agreement with the County to provide these services on an as-needed basis. The services will be provided at various County Hospitals, including Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, LAC+USC Medical Center, Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Health Center. • The County is looking for firms that can provide maintenance and repair services for endoscope equipment similar or equal to those listed in Exhibits B-1 and B-2. • Respondents must meet the minimum qualification requirements, which include being in continuous operation for the last five years within the United States, providing maintenance and/or repair services for endoscope equipment. • The County will review the RFR responses and may request further information, enter into a Master Agreement with one or more respondents, or take no further action. • The Board of Supervisors retains the right to exercise its judgment concerning the selection of a contractor and the terms of any resultant agreement.
