Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

No budget is disclosed, but on‑call marine engineering contracts of this size typically range from $1 M to $3 M over a three‑year term, depending on the number and complexity of projects, hourly rates for senior engineers ($150‑$250/hr), and potential lump‑sum fees for design packages. The estimate assumes a moderate workload of 10‑15 major port projects, each valued between $100‑$250 k, plus overhead, insurance, and contingency costs.
