Autauga Co DHR Moving Phase 3

The Autauga County DHR is seeking a supplier to provide professional moving services for the relocation of office furniture and equipment in three phases. The project involves disassembling and moving furniture, protecting walls and floors, and temporarily staging items inside the facility. The supplier must provide all labor, equipment, and materials, and ensure that all items are secured and protected during the project. The project is expected to take approximately two business days to complete per phase, with a total of three phases. • The supplier must attend a mandatory site visit prior to submitting a quote. • The supplier must coordinate with Autauga Co DHR POCs and the flooring contractor. • The supplier must maintain a clean service area daily and ensure that all workers wear badges/uniforms. • The supplier must report damages/delays and keep work areas safe and neat. • The supplier must provide on-site supervision and deliver all items intact.
