The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests proposals from companies interested in providing medium voltage switchgear for its Jessen and Willow Creek Substations, located in Eugene, OR. The scope of work includes the design, manufacture, and delivery of two lineups of medium voltage metal clad switchgear and all required accessories.
