RFQ - OSP Vehicle Upfitting Services

The State of Oregon, Department of State Police, is seeking quotes for vehicle upfitting services. The contract will be for an initial term of five years, with renewal options up to ten years. The contractor will be responsible for providing upfitting services for law enforcement vehicles, including installation of equipment and accessories. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide all-inclusive lump sum cost for each completed vehicle. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the contract term. • The contractor must provide a warranty for all work performed. • The contractor must provide a statement of work that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and timeline.
