RFQ 2026-081 UMA Bangor Student Housing Services

The University of Maine System is seeking a vendor to provide student housing services for the University of Maine at Augusta’s Bangor campus. The provider must supply hotel‑style accommodations within five miles of campus, include all utilities and amenities, and offer transportation to and from the campus. The contract will be formalized via a Master Agreement and one or more Lease Agreements, with pricing firm for the entire term. Experience in renting housing units and compliance with university policies are required. • Provide fully furnished, utility‑included rooms (electricity, HVAC, water, Wi‑Fi, laundry, bathroom). • Offer on‑site or coordinated transportation for students between housing and campus. • Must be able to deliver services on an as‑needed basis and sign a Master Agreement plus lease(s).
