TRANSDUCER, SWITCH A.

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to provide a Transducer, Switch A, in support of the Multiple Launch Rocket System. The contract will be a firm fixed price, single purchase contract. The contractor will be required to deliver the item within 400 days after contract award. The Government will evaluate proposals based on technical acceptability and price. * The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered item. * The contractor must comply with the higher-level quality standard ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001:2015. * The contractor must provide a certified cost or pricing data. * The contractor must comply with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements. The solicitation includes various provisions and clauses, such as the prohibition on the procurement of foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems and the requirement for contractors to block access to pornography websites. The Government intends to make an award based on the initial proposals, but reserves the right to enter discussions if necessary.
