Professional Surveying and Mapping Services

Dane County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional surveying and mapping services for the Department of Waste & Renewables facilities. The services may include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, certified survey maps, plats of survey, legal descriptions, construction staking, as-built surveys, and other professional surveying services. The contract term is five years, and the proposer must demonstrate experience in providing professional land surveying services for municipal, environmental, civil infrastructure, or similar projects. Some key points to consider: • The proposer must have at least one Wisconsin-licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) who will be responsible for and seal all work requiring professional licensure. • The proposer must have been in business for a period of not less than five years. • The proposer must demonstrate experience providing professional land surveying services for projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. • The proposer must possess the personnel, equipment, and technical resources necessary to perform the requested services throughout the duration of the contract.
