2026 Hot Meals for Community Meetings REBID – March to December

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh is seeking a caterer to provide hot meals for community meetings, which will be held monthly from March to December 2026. The caterer must provide a clean and professional appearance, present and confirm menu items before delivery, and deliver and set up meals at least one hour before the meeting starts. The estimated number of meetings is 10, with 40 meals per meeting, totaling 400 meals. The caterer will coordinate services with assigned HACP staff members and must communicate with staff to coordinate the menu for each meeting. • The caterer must provide a variety of meal options, including two meats or main entrees, two sides, salad, dessert, regular and diet beverages, water, rolls/bread and butter, condiments, paper products, and serving utensils. • The caterer must deliver and set up meals at least one hour before the meeting starts. • The caterer must coordinate services with assigned HACP staff members and communicate with staff to coordinate the menu for each meeting. • The caterer must submit original invoices immediately after each meeting, with delivery acceptance signature. • The contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid amount.
