Rotary Pool Replacement Construction

The City of Nashua is soliciting qualified construction firms to demolish the existing Rotary Pool complex and construct a new municipal swimming facility, including pool, deck, mechanical/electrical systems, site utilities, fencing, lighting, parking improvements, landscaping, and related civil works. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with work required to be completed by July 1 2027. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting/site visit on October 15 2026, submit questions by October 22 2026, and deliver sealed bids by November 4 2026.
