Rental and Maintenance of Eight (8) Portable Chemical Toilets

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide rental and maintenance services for eight portable chemical toilets at the Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego, California. The period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to June 28, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional month. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the toilets, performing routine maintenance services three times a week, and providing documentation of the services performed. The contractor must also ensure that the toilets are equipped with the necessary amenities, such as toilet paper dispensers and hand sanitizer dispensers. • The contractor must provide a numbering system to uniquely identify each toilet unit. • The contractor must provide maintenance services three times a week, including sanitizing and cleaning the toilets, restocking toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and draining and disposing of waste. • The contractor must provide documentation of the maintenance services performed, including the date, time, and service technician's signature. • The contractor must ensure that the toilets are accessible to the government for inspection and maintenance purposes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
