Managed End‑Point Detection and Response Software and Services

The City of Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Managed End‑Point Detection and Response (EDR) software and associated services. The contract will cover provision, implementation, licensing, training, and ongoing support of the EDR solution to protect city IT assets. Proposals are evaluated on training (20%), compliance with specifications (40%), overall cost (35%), and other factors (5%).
