Liquid Petroleum Gas

The Navy is seeking sources for a contract to deliver Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) to support mission-essential facility operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. The contract will require the supply of LPG to 45 tanks, with the contractor responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the tanks and associated equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide meter readings and gas usage reports. The period of performance is anticipated to begin on 01 October 2026, with a 6-month base period and four 1-year option periods. • The contractor must provide LPG to support the mission-essential facility operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. • The contractor must install, maintain, and repair the tanks and associated equipment. • The contractor must provide meter readings and gas usage reports. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety and environmental protection. • The contractor must obtain base access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam and must have Defense Bio-metric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials.
