--Request For Qualifications-- Professional Engineering Services The Village of Nassau, 40 Malden Street, Nassau, NY 12123 is seeking qualified firms to provide professional engineering services in connection with Drinking Water purification and infrastructure improvements and related funding applications through programs such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), NYS Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA), and the NYS Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). Firms must be qualified to provide professional engineering services in New York State and must demonstrate experience with the funding programs and regulations relevant to municipal infrastructure planning, design, and construction-phase services. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated on published criteria that include demonstrated experience with similar municipal projects and the listed funding programs, technical competence of the proposed team, capacity to perform the work, and past performance. Price will not be a selection factor. The Village of Nassau will shortlist firms and may conduct discussions with the highest-ranked firms before final ranking and fee negotiation with the most highly qualified firm. MWBE, SDVOB, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit. The Village of Nassau reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to conduct interviews at its sole discretion.
