Sources Sought - Fire Suppression Maintenance Services

The United States Air Force is seeking information from potential sources for fire suppression maintenance services for facilities located at Scott AFB. The services include semi-annual and/or annual maintenance, hydrostatic testing of cylinders, replacement of fusible links, and providing miscellaneous essential parts to maintain the operational condition of 42 wet chemical fire extinguishing systems across 30 different buildings. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work. • The contract will require maintenance services for a total of 42 systems across 30 different buildings. • The services include semi-annual and/or annual maintenance, hydrostatic testing of cylinders, replacement of fusible links, and providing miscellaneous essential parts. • The contractor must be certified to perform Ansul, Pyro Chem, and Guardian III maintenance. • The contractor shall ensure that all work is accurately recorded and reported, and that the Contracting Officer is informed of any changes or issues that may affect the scope, schedule, or cost of the work.
