Request for Proposals for Audit Services

The Southwest Rankin Water Association is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide audit services on an as-needed basis for a project funded by the Mississippi State Department of Health American Rescue Plan Act. The selected auditor will provide either a single audit or an alternative compliance examination engagement. The proposal should include qualifications, experience, project knowledge, and cost. The contract will be awarded based on the highest cumulative points issued by the selection committee. • The audit services will be for a project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act: Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant Program. • The selected auditor will provide either a single audit or an alternative compliance examination engagement. • The contract will be on a fixed price basis. • The OWNER encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. • The proposal should include an hourly rate sheet. • The final scope of work will be negotiated at the time of contract execution.
