Description
The I‑195 Redevelopment District is seeking a consultant (or consortium) to provide economic development, market, and real‑estate financial analysis services on a three‑year on‑call basis, and optionally to develop an Innovation District Advancement Strategy. The work includes economic impact modeling, market feasibility studies, real‑estate pro‑forma analysis, competitive positioning of the district, site acquisition assessments, and a multi‑year implementation roadmap. Proposals must include qualifications, past performance, fee structures (hourly rates or flat fees), ISBE participation plans, and required insurance. The district will evaluate technical merit, personnel qualifications, cost, and minority‑business participation.
