The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking a single‑award, cost‑reimbursement contractor to provide technical assistance, training, and cohort facilitation for the Idaho Children’s Trust Fund. The work includes delivering four specific curricula (Family Strengthening, HOPE, Community Resiliency Model, trauma‑informed curriculum) to eight sub‑grantees, conducting baseline assessments, developing implementation plans, leading monthly cohort calls, providing individualized coaching, tracking outcomes, and drafting sustainability plans.
