Delivery of VBOP - Real Estate Appraisal Services under the Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR)

The County of Maui Office of Recovery is seeking a qualified real‑estate appraisal firm to provide appraisal services for properties participating in the Strategic Voluntary Mitigation Buyout Program (VBOP) funded by the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG‑DR). The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with an optional one‑year extension and may be renewed or re‑procured at the County’s discretion.
