Sinixt Operations Manager (consulting services)

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seek a qualified consultant or firm to serve as the Sinixt Operations Manager, overseeing cross‑border (U.S./Canada) program operations focused on fish, wildlife, and cultural‑resource management, as well as related policy and legal coordination. The contractor will manage staff across multiple agencies, produce quarterly progress reports, attend weekly coordination meetings, and deliver analyses and recommendations to tribal leadership over an approximate three‑year period. • Oversee multi‑program operations spanning tribal, state, provincial, and federal agencies in the United States and Canada. • Provide quarterly written reports, attend weekly Sinixt meetings, and maintain continuity of work throughout the contract term. • Deliver recommendations, analyses, and any additional studies as required; all deliverables become tribal property. • Must meet Tribal insurance, safety, de‑barment, and confidentiality requirements; Indian‑owned firms receive preference points.
