Description
The University of Wisconsin‑Madison is seeking bids to supply bulk heat‑transfer chemicals—propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, iron and copper inhibitors, and a pH‑booster—along with annual testing services for its closed‑loop glycol systems across campus. The contract will be an IDIQ spanning four years (Aug 2026 – Jul 2030) with the option to extend, and the award will be based on the lowest extended net total price. Bidders must have an active JAGGAER profile, provide detailed pricing per pound, indicate warranty and service‑level terms, and certify compliance with standard Wisconsin procurement terms and conditions.
• Supply up to 2,500 lb of inhibited propylene glycol, 15,000 lb of inhibited ethylene glycol, and 100 lb each of iron inhibitor, copper inhibitor, and pH‑booster.
• Provide annual testing of approximately 110 campus glycol loops at no additional charge, delivering results such as freeze point, pH, inhibitor levels, and contaminant analysis.
• Submit electronic bids via the ShopUW+ Sourcing Module, meeting all mandatory forms (vendor information, certifications, and proprietary data disclosures).
